Customs & Duties: All international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in our shipping fees.
Returns – UK & UAE Orders
We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your item(s) in accordance with the following policy:

Notification Period: You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to return an item. Once you have notified us, you then have 14 days to return the item(s) to us.

Condition of Returns: All returned items must be unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging.

Return Costs: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 working days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, certain products (e.g., candles that have been lit, bedding that has been used) cannot be returned unless faulty.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs of the issue, so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Terms and Conditions
- Goods must be sent back within 14 days of notifying us of your return.
- With proof of purchase, your refund will be processed to your original form of payment.
- It is important that any unwanted item, unless faulty, is returned in a resalable condition. We’d expect this to mean that you’ve kept all original packaging and labels, and that it’s undamaged and unused.
- Where a product has been made to measure or personalised for you, unless faulty, we’re unable to refund or offer an exchange.
- Your delivery charge will not be refunded unless your purchase is faulty.
- Return of an item is at your own cost unless the item is faulty.

Gift Tender cannot be resold, transferred for value or exchanged for cash. No cash change will be given on purchases made using Gift Tender. Gift Tender cannot be used to purchase other Gift Tender. Gift Tender is not cheque guarantee, credit or charge cards.
Gift Tender cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights.
Lathams shall not be liable or responsible for lost, stolen, destroyed or damaged Gift Tender, or if Gift Tender is used without your permission. Lathams is unable to replace Gift Tender if lost or stolen.
