A consultation will be arranged on site to get to know you, discuss the proposed project, your requirements and first thoughts on colours and designs. We will then measure and photograph each room to calculate the design fees. Your quote will be considerate of project complexity and location.

Our design team will interpret the brief by producing scaled 3D drawings of your room, illustrating the proposed furniture layout, sourcing all furniture pieces, including bespoke furniture exclusive to Lathams. All fabrics, furnishing and finishes will be carefully selected for your space.

You will be invited to our studio where we will present our completed designs. We will navigate you through your scheme in 3D generated computer design, showing tangible examples of furniture and fabric from our showroom, to bring your project to life. You will receive a personalised presentation pack of proposed finishes including; fabrics, wallpapers and paint colours, along with an itemised price list (valid for 28 days). 3D drawings will be released to you on confirmation of your order.

Once the final designs are approved and orders are placed we will progress with procuring the elements to bring your scheme to life. Liaising with craftsmen, makers and suppliers coordinating schedules for deliveries.

Our specialist in house team will assemble and place furniture, lay rugs, hang pictures and mirrors and remove packaging, ready for the finishing touches. Our designers will then choose from a selection of beautiful objects and florals to uniquely detail your scheme. Plumping cushions and lighting candles for our signature ‘Lathams Luxury’ finish.
